I am passionate about helping business owners to have a vibrant and growing business, as well as having access to a supportive business-building community. As we all know, growing a business on your own can feel isolating, can’t it? Why not grow your business in a supportive community? I want to provide that for you. In the process of growing my own wellness business, I’ve found some tools that work.

Come learn these tools in a synergistic like-minded community. I've created business building support groups to help you. These groups meet once a month for 2 ½ hours for 12 months. Each group is a stand-alone module, so you can join anytime. In the groups, you will learn a wealth of tools to grow your business and clear out any beliefs or behaviors that get in your way, as well as developing new belief patterns that support your growth. You also get a community of support to motivate you and cheer you on: Community and practical tools - what a synergistic combination.

A portion of the group will be based on the tools from the book "12 Months to Your Ideal Private Practice: A Workbook" (by Lynn Grodzki, one of my mentors). You will learn some tools presented in the book, as well as others I'll teach you. You'll learn marketing tools, as well as developing useful mental and behavioral patterns to create your ideal business practice.

Wednesday Business Support Group
• The third Wednesday of the month from 6:30pm-9pm
Location: 2333 Camino del Rio S Suite 240, San Diego CA 92108
Membership fee: $48 per month

Friday Business Support Group
• Or, the third Friday of the month from 2 to 4:30pm
Location: Madrigal (La Mesa)
